We are enrolling families in Ready4K!
Ready4K is a texting program that provides support to help your child prepare for kindergarten. Parents receive three texts a week with simple tips and activities to help their child with early reading, early math, and social and emotional learning.
Ready4K is for 3, 4, and 5 year olds. If you have a child this age and would like to sign up for these FREE texts, you can find enrollment forms on our main Ready4K page. |
We're working to expand our Libraries
First 5 is supporting five Little Free Libraries in Crescent City, Klamath, and Smith River, but we have plans for 15 more! We will be announcing a community meeting for the second half of February soon! If you are interested in hosting, stewarding, or building Little Free Libraries -- watch for an announcement of the meeting time and date in mid-February! Not sure what a Little Free Library is?
